An Act To Allow a Sales Representative To Serve Spirits or Wine at a Tasting Event
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 28-A MRSA §1505, sub-§4, as enacted by PL 2009, c. 459, §5, is repealed.
