An Act To Require Dentists To Disclose the Cost and Origin of Off-site Laboratory Services
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §1090-A is enacted to read:
§ 1090-A. Laboratory costs and origin
A dentist shall provide a patient with a written disclosure of the cost and origin of all off-site laboratory services that are or will be billed to that patient.
