‘B-2. "Renewable energy credit" means a tradable instrument that represents an amount of electricity generated from eligible resources or , renewable capacity resources or, until June 30, 2020, waste-to-energy resources.’

Amend the amendment in section 1 by striking out all of paragraph B-2 (page 1, lines 20 to 22 in amendment) and inserting the following:
Amend the amendment in section 2 in paragraph D by inserting at the end a new blocked paragraph to read:
‘ This paragraph is repealed June 30, 2020.’
Amend the amendment in section 3 in subsection 3-B by inserting at the end a new blocked paragraph to read:
‘ This subsection is repealed June 30, 2020.’
Amend the amendment in section 4 in subsection 8 in the 2nd line (page 2, line 25 in amendment) by striking out the following: " and 3-B" and inserting the following: ' and, until June 30, 2020, 3-B'
Amend the amendment in section 4 in subsection 8 in the 5th line (page 2, line 28 in amendment) by striking out the following: " and 3-B" and inserting the following: ' and, until June 30, 2020, 3-B'
Amend the amendment in section 5 in subsection 10 by inserting at the end a new blocked paragraph to read:
‘ This subsection is repealed June 30, 2020.’
