An Act To Amend the Law Regarding Juvenile Provisional Licenses To Foster Military Service

This bill proposes to amend the juvenile provisional license laws so that a person who violates a condition of that person's provisional license by operating a motor vehicle with a detectable blood-alcohol level is not rendered ineligible to serve in the Armed Forces of the United States as long as the blood-alcohol concentration is below 0.08 grams per 100 milliliters of blood.
