Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act To Increase the Minimum Wage’
Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 1 in the 5th line (page 1, line 8 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " hour." the following: ' Starting October 1, 2016, the minimum hourly wage is $8.50 per hour. Starting October 1, 2017, the minimum hourly wage is $9.00 per hour. Starting October 1, 2018, the minimum hourly wage is $9.50 per hour.'
Amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following:
‘Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Administration - Bureau of Labor Standards 0158
Initiative: Provides funds to update and distribute the new minimum wage poster and other related publications.
