summary
This amendment:
1. Changes the date by which the Department of Health and Human Services is required to amend its rules to increase the personal needs allowance to August 1, 2016;
2. Reduces the amount of the proposed personal needs allowance for persons in nursing facilities from $50 to $45 per month and for those in residential care facilities from $90 to $80 per month, beginning July 1, 2016; and
3. Decreases the funds appropriated and allocated for the increases.
