‘Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §2522, sub-§2-A is enacted to read:
2-A. Mandatory test. The Department of Health and Human Services shall test blood samples obtained under subsection 2 to determine the blood-alcohol level and the presence of any drug or drug metabolite and report the test results to the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Highway Safety.
Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
