Sec. 1. Dyslexia awareness and student accommodation. Resolved: That the Department of Education, referred to in this resolve as "the department," shall train school personnel to implement dyslexia awareness and student accommodation policies; and be it further

Sec. 2. Rulemaking. Resolved: That the department shall amend its rules to implement this resolve. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules under the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
