to the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices associated
with rulemaking can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |

These rule changes
include provisions eliminating matching funds. PL 2011, c. 558 (LD 1774) also addressed
elimination of matching funds and included Other Special Revenue Funds
deallocations as a result. |
