Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment revises the fiscal note to incorporate the April 2012 revenue forecast.  The incremental impact compared to the engrossed bill is an increase in General Fund revenue of $3,312,198 in fiscal year 2012-13 and a corresponding decrease in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources.  It also decreases the Other Special Revenue Funds allocation by $3,312,198 in fiscal year 2012-13.
	As amended, the bill results in a loss of General Fund revenue of $1,501,547 in fiscal year 2012-13.
