|
The Administration
- Bureau of Labor Standards within the Department of Labor will require a
one-time General Fund appropriation of $2,100 in fiscal year 2012-13 for the
printing and programming costs associated with making the required changes to
the work permit process. |
|
Establishing a
fine of not more than $500 per violation per day for employers determined to
be in violation of the provisions in this legislation may result in an
increase in General Fund revenue beginning in fiscal year 2012-13. The amount of additional revenue will
depend on the number of fines assessed. |
