Providing an
exception to the requirement that the allowable number of instructional days
that school calendars of school administrative units affiliated with a career
and technical education center or within a career and technical education
region are not aligned be reduced from 9 to 5 if the Commissioner of
Education determines that all school administrative units in the region have
the required plans in place will not substantially change the fiscal impact
of this bill. This fiscal note assumes
that at least some exceptions will occur. |
