This bill will
increase Other Special Revenue Funds collections in the Victims' Compensation
Fund by an estimated $28,934 in fiscal year 2012-13 as a result of
prohibiting a court from waiving the assessment. The Department of the Attorney General will
require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of the same amount in
fiscal year 2012-13. |
