Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment reduces the net General Fund cost of the bill by $1,018,571 in fiscal year 2012-13 and a balanced budgt is maintained for the 2012-2013 biennium.  It restores funding for MaineCare eligibility for parents from 133% to 200% of the federal poverty level that is offset by a deappropriation of funds as a result of MaineCare payments to hospitals for decreased emergency department utilization and a reduction in MaineCare reimbursement rates paid for emergency department visits.
