This amendment
increases General Fund appropriations in fiscal year 2012-13 to offset
reductions in MaineCare payments to hospitals. This General Fund cost is offset by a
transfer from the Maine Budget Stabilization Fund to the General Fund
resulting in no net General Fund impact for the 2012-2013 biennium. |
