Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill simplifies the assessment of waste discharge license fees. DEP expects that the new fee schedule would produce less revenue than under the current fee structure during fiscal years 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, but more in revenue during the following two fiscal years. Over the longer term, DEP estimates that the revised license fee system would generate approximately the same annual revenue as under the current fee system.
