	The additional per diem and expenses for Legislators to attend meetings of a separate State Council for Juvenile Supervision are projected to be $840 annually begining in fiscal year 2012-13 assuming 4 meetings during the interim between legislative sessions.  The Legislature's proposed budget includes $10,000 in fiscal year 2012-13 for legislative studies from which the legislative costs of this bill would be funded for fiscal year 2012-13.  Whether this amount is sufficient to fund all studies and related legislative costs will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.

	The additional costs to the Department of Corrections can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources.
