The additional per
diem and expenses for Legislators to attend meetings of a separate State
Council for Juvenile Supervision are projected to be $840 annually begining
in fiscal year 2012-13 assuming 4 meetings during the interim between
legislative sessions. The
Legislature's proposed budget includes $10,000 in fiscal year 2012-13 for
legislative studies from which the legislative costs of this bill would be
funded for fiscal year 2012-13.
Whether this amount is sufficient to fund all studies and related
legislative costs will depend on the number of studies authorized by the
Legislative Council and the Legislature. |
