This legislation
increases the Monhegan Lobster Conservation Area trap tags from 300 to 400
and provides greater flexibility to individuals wanting to enter this lobster
community. These changes could result
in increased General Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds revenue from
increased sales of lobster trap tags and licenses not requiring any change to
the budget. |
