This amendment
eliminates the one-time General Fund appropriation to the Regulation and
Enforcement program within the Department of Labor by requiring the Wage and
Hour Division to perform the required review within existing budgeted
resources. The Division has identified
savings from the cancellation of a Memorandum of Understanding with the
Department of Health and Human Resources that will be used to fund the
one-time overtime costs associated with the reporting requirement. |
