This legislation
allows a disabled veteran to receive up to 2 sets of registration
certificates and plates at no cost (current law allows one set at no
cost). It would result in a loss of
Highway Fund revenue of $57,200 beginning in fiscal year 2012-13. This estimate assumes that 2/3 of the
active disabled veteran registrants have at least one additional vehicle. |
