This amendment
provides that if a contract is awarded to construct an east-west highway, the
contractor must reimburse the Department of Transportation for the cost of
the feasibility study. It is assumed
that if a contract is awarded, reimbursement would occur in a future
biennium, increasing revenues by an estimated $300,000 at that time. |
