Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations totaling $252,500 beginning in fiscal year 2012-13.  Of that amount, a General Fund appropriation of $130,000 is provided to the Maine Community College System and a General Fund appropriation of $122,500 is provided to the University of Maine System for the costs associated with collecting and compiling additional data related to students enrolled in certain remedial courses.
