The Office of
Professional and Occupational Regulation within the Department of
Professional and Financial Regulation will require a one-time Other Special
Revenue Funds allocation of $5,000 in fiscal year 2012-13 for the costs
associated with rulemaking and licensing system modifications in order for
the Maine Board of Pharmacy to register pharmacy interns. According to officials at the Department of
Professional and Financial Regulation, there are sufficient funds within the
board's existing budget to absorb the cost of this legislation without
increasing fees. |
