Legislative Cost/Study
	The general operating expenses of this task force are projected to be $4,145 based on 4 authorized meetings.  The timing of these expenditures will depend on the timing of the receipt of $4,145 in outside funding that must be received in order for the task force to initiate its work.  Resolves 2011, c. 102 included allocations of $4,145 annually, assuming 4 meetings in fiscal year 2011-12 and 4 meetings in fiscal year 2012-13.  Therefore, sufficient allocations in each fiscal year are available to authorize the expenditure of the outside funding no matter which fiscal year the 4 authorized meetings occur.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Additional costs to the Franco-American Center at the University of Maine to provide the required staffing services can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
