The Board of
Dental Examiners, affiliated with the Department of Professional and
Financial Regulation, will require a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds
allocation of $2,500 in fiscal year 2011-12 for the costs associated with
rulemaking. Additionally, the
Administrative Services Division within the department will require a
one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $2,500 in fiscal year
2011-12 to update its licensing system.
Both the board and the Administrative Services Division have
sufficient funds to cover the one-time costs of this legislation. |
|
This legislation
will increase dedicated revenue to the Board of Dental Examiners from
licensing fees. The amount can not be
determined at this time. |
