Provides the Bureau of Insurance in the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation with an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $27,221 in 2011-12 and $40,618 in 2012-13 for the costs of one half-time Assistant Insurance Analyst position and related costs to review service contract provider or administrator initial and renewal registrations. Also provides the Administrative Services Division in the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation with an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $3,159 in 2011-12 and $4,012 in 2012-13 for this purpose. The bill establishes a service contract provider or administrator annual registration fee of $200 to cover these costs. |
