	This bill includes a one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $1,584 in fiscal year 2011-12 to the Board of Dental Examiners affiliated with the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation for the per diem and other related costs for 2 board members to participate in the required review.  The Board does have sufficient funds available in its budgeted resources to support the cost of this legislation without increasing fees. Additional costs for the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the Department of Health and Human Services can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
