This legislation
creates a combined license for agency liquor stores that also sell beer and
wine. Currently, the total of the
licenses required in this situation equals $700 with a $10 registration fee. This bill retains the $700 license fee and
reduces the occurrence of the $10 registration fee. It is assumed that 90% of agency liquor
stores would opt for this new license, resulting in a decrease in General
Fund revenues of $4,050 beginning in fiscal year 2011-12. |
