The bill as
amended transfers the Land for Maine's Future program from the State Planning
Office to the Department of Conservation.
The bill includes a General Fund appropriation of $160,523 and a
Federal Expenditures Fund allocation of $125,875 in fiscal year 2012-13 to
the Department of Conservation for 3 Senior Planner positions, one part-time
Secretary position and related costs. The bill also includes a General Fund
deappropriation of $226,224, a Federal Expenditures Fund deallocation of
$103,155 and an Other Special Revenue Funds deallocation of $36,220 in fiscal
year 2012-13 to the State Planning Office to reflect the program transfer. |
