Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment eliminates the 2011-12 General Fund cost of the bill of $100,000.  As amended, this bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $100,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2012-13 to support weekly van delivery service to defray the cost of sending and returning items through interlibrary loan to public libraries across the State.
