| This legislation increases the number of tournament games of chance that can be held by eligible organizations from 1 to 2 per month. Additional costs to the Department of Public Safety associated with inspecting the increased number of tournament games of chance can be absorbed with existing staff and within existing budgeted resources. Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the Department of Public Safety may increase by a minor amount due to the change in license fee structure. | ||||||
