This legislation
increases the number of tournament games of chance that can be held by
eligible organizations from 1 to 5 per month.
The Department of Public Safety will require a General Fund
appropriation of $93,017 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $70,468 in fiscal year
2012-13 for one Public Safety Inspector I position and related costs to
oversee the increased number of tournament games of chance. Other Special Revenue Funds revenue to the
Department of Public Safety may increase or decrease by a minor amount due to
the change in license fee structure. |
