Requiring
the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to amend its rules governing
the Natural Resources Protection Act, site location of development and storm
water management to provide that permits issued with respect to these areas
are valid for four years after issuance and that a person holding such a
permit has seven years to complete a project pursuant thereto may result in a
minor cost increase which the DEP can absorb within existing budgeted
resources. |
