The Department of
Environmental Protection will require a one-time appropriation of $5,000 in
fiscal year 2011-12 to convene and lead a stakeholder group to study motor
fuel and fuel additives and the related health and business effects related
to their use. Any additional costs to
the Department of Transportation, the Department of Economic and Community
Development and the Public Utilities Commission associated with participation
in the stakeholder group can be absorbed with existing staff and within
existing budgeted resources. |
