	Additional costs to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife associated with establishing a task force to examine the decline in the number of nonresident hunters and reporting the results can be absorbed with existing staff and within existing budgeted resources.  Additional costs to the Department of Economic and Community Development associated with having the Director of the Office of Tourism serve on the task force can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
