| The Department of Corrections will require the establishment of a Federal Expenditures Fund allocation and an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation in the event funds are received from certain estates. The additional costs to administer the Elder Victims Restitution Fund can be absorbed by the Department of Corrections utilizing existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
