This bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation of $1,700 in fiscal year 2012-13 to the
Administration - Economic and Community Development program within the
Department of Economic and Community Development for the costs associated
with staff traveling to Aroostook County to provide assistance at a minimum
of 2 meetings to facilitate the development of a model charter for the St.
John Valley Regional Planning Commission. |

Additional costs
to the Department of Economic and Community Development to provide the
required report can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
