Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This floor amendment removes the $5,000 General Fund appropriation that was in the committee amendment by adding language that eliminates the requirement that the State Planning Office fund a solid waste facility citizen advisory committee for the Juniper Ridge landfill in Old Town and Alton.  As amended, this bill would no longer have any cost to the General Fund.
