|
The Manufactured
Housing Board within the Office of Licensing and Registration, Department of
Professional and Financial Regulation will require Other Special Revenue
Funds allocations of $71,455 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $90,110 in fiscal
year 2012-13 for one Professional Licensing Supervisor position and related
all other costs associated with reviewing and approving continuing education
courses required to be taken annually by manufactured housing installers in
order to renew their license . This
preliminary fiscal impact statement assumes that the Board will assess a fee
for course approval that will be sufficient to cover the increased cost to
the program. |
