This legislation
requires the Department of Public Safety to toll the registration period for
a 10-year registrant during the time the registrant is in noncompliance and
will require a one-time General Fund appropriation of $15,300 and a one-time
Highway Fund allocation of $14,700 for programming costs to accommodate this
requirement. |
