| This bill provides for an issuance of GARVEE bonds in the 2012-2013 biennium for bridge repairs to the Interstate 95 bridge at the Maine and New Hampshire border. The Department of Transportation will require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $35,000,000 in fiscal year 2011-12. | ||||||
