Requiring
the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) to take appeals and conduct related
proceedings when transmission and distribution utilities dispute the use of
space on a utility pole located in a public way and requiring the PUC to
report to the appropriate Joint Standing Committee on or before January 2,
2012 regarding whether other persons or entities should be allowed to install
and maintain municipally-owned street lights may result in costs to the PUC
which can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
