	Any additional costs to the State Employee Health Plan or to the Division of Employee Health and Benefits in the Department of Administrative and Financial Services are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.  The Maine School of Science and Mathematics and its employees would continue to be responsible for the cost of premiums.  Over time joining a larger pool of insured may provide additional stability and predictability to future premium rates.
