The amendment
removes the appropriation-allocation section and assumes the Department of
Health and Human Services can absorb the one-time cost of implementing the
MaineCare mandatory drug co-payment system changes within the Maine
Integrated Health Management Solution (MIHMS) system change management
process. Also assumes the potential for a decrease in MaineCare prescription
drug utilization and spending as a result
of implementation of a mandatory prescription drug co-payment system
remains. |
