	The costs to the Legislature for the per diem and expenses of the Legislator on this stakeholder group are projected to be $420 in fiscal year 2011-12.  The Legislature's proposed budget includes $10,000 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $10,000 in fiscal year 2012-13 for legislative studies.  Whether the amounts are sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Additional costs to the Finance Authority of Maine to coordinate a review of the Maine State Grant Program and to prepare the required report can be absorbed within the authority's existing budgeted resources.  Additional costs to the Department of Education, the University of Maine System and the Maine Community College System to participate in the stakeholder group can be absorbed by each organization's existing budgeted resources.
