	Increases the number of civil violations. The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This legislation creates a 7-day ATV registration for nonresidents.  It is difficult to predict the impact this new registration will have on General Fund revenues.  If some nonresidents opt for the lower-cost 7-day registration, then General Fund revenues will decrease.  However, it is possible that a certain number of nonresidents who do not currently register their ATV will do so using the 7-day registration, increasing General Fund revenues.
	Additional costs to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife associated with redesigning the current ATV registration sticker can be absorbed with existing staff and within existing budgeted resources.
