Fiscal Detail and Notes | ||||||
The Bureau of Labor Standards within the Department of Labor will require additional General Fund appropriations of $57,199 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $78,396 in fiscal year 2012-13 for one Labor and Safety Inspector position and all other costs associated with investigating and enforcing the provision that a person with a prior conviction of a crime may not be disqualified from employment or from engaging in an occupation for which a license, permit or certificate is required. This fiscal estimate assumes that this legislation becomes effective on October 1, 2011. |
