| This legislation reduces infant lifetime licenses by 55% between December 1, 2011 and March 1, 2015. Lifetime license fees are deposited in an Other Special Revenue Funds account within the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. It is expected that there will be no net impact to Other Special Revenue Funds revenue as the decreased fees will be offset by increased sales. | ||||||
