The fiscal impact
shown above is the incremental savings from this amendment compared to
Committee Amendment A. The amendment
would reduce the costs of the bill, eliminate the need for an appropriation
for 2011-12 and leave a reduced appropriation of $54,320 in 2012-13 for the
state share of the costs of MaineCare reimbursement for six specific
procedures provided by dental hygienists practicing independently effective
October 1, 2012. |
